Sweet Chilli Asian Marinade
• 2 tbs oyster sauce

• 1 /3 cup hoisin sauce

• 2 tbs sweet chilli sauce

• 1 tsp garlic


• This marinade is ideal for lamb or chicken fillets

• Combine the ingredients and marinade 12 lamb cutlets or 8 chicken fillets

• Cover the meat, refrigerate for 3 - 4 hours

Orange Juice and Maple Syrup Marinade
• 1 cup maple syrup

• 1 cup orange juice

• 2 tsp ginger powder

• 2 tsp garlic powder


• This marinade is ideal for fish filltets, lamb cutlets or chicken fillets

• Combine the ingredients and marinade 12 lamb cutlets or 8 chicken fillets

• Cover the meat, refrigerate for 3 - 4 hours

Simple Tasty Basic Marinade
• 1 tbs vegetable oil

• Salt, Pepper, a little sugar

• 2 tsp garlic powder


• This basic marinade is ideal for chicken fillets

• Rub the marinade over 4 chicken fillets , either maryland fillets or breast fillets.

• Cover the meat, refrigerate for at least 2 hours

• When baked, this simple marinade brings out the subtle natural flavours of the meat.



Tips

When marinading, allow at least 2 hours for the marinade to seep through the meat, ideally leave the marinade to soak overnight.

Marinade in a glass dish not in a metal container.
