Custardy Bread Easy Pudding Recipe

This is an "oh so simple" custardy bread
easy pudding recipe.


You can whip this up in 15 minutes and have it baking in the oven while you're sitting down for dinner. It is perfect and ready when you're ready for dessert.

This recipe is ideal for when you have unexpected visitors as you're more than likely to have the ingredients already in your pantry - it's just eggs, milk sugar and bread.





Custardy Bread Pudding Recipe



Just Add Prepare
• 4 eggs, beaten

• 3 cups milk

• 2/3 cup sugar

• 4 slices of bread, torn roughly

• 2 cups raisins

• Use a large deep casserole bowl and beat eggs in it.

• Add in sugar, milk and sultanas. Combine

• Tear up bread and pop them into the mixture

• Put it in the oven

Bake
• Bake at 180C for 1 hour



This recipe makes 8 generous servings.

This is not suitable for freezing but is fine to be refrigerated and reheated the following day.

Serve  piping hot.
