These conversions to ounce uses standard cups of 250 ml. For all our easy recipes, it matters little that the size is either 236 ml or 250ml. Differences between measuring cups of various countries is a  2 and 3 teaspoons variance and will not affect the outcome of the recipes.

Naturally, the most accurate way to measure ingredients is to weigh them, but for the purposes of our Easy Recipes site, we use cups in preference to weighing.

The measures above are approximates only and rounded for easy and convenient use.
