Get Together The Ingredients

Ham and Pea soup ingredients

  • a ham hock
  • split peas
  • onion
  • leeks
  • carrots
  • potatoes
  • seasoning

Step 1: Prepare the Veg, Remove Skin From Hock

Slice leeks
Remove the skin from the smoked ham hock

Step 2: Throw The Ingredients in a Soup Pot, Add Water

All the ingredients in the soup pot
Add water

Step 3: When Cooked, Remove the Meat and Bone, then Mash Till Thick and Smooth

Remove the meat and bone
Either blend with a hand held blender of mash with your potato masher.
